In this role, Ricardo leads Ingersoll Rand´s Compression Systems and Services and Process Flow Technologies for Latin America and the Caribbean. He has over 27 years of experience in industrial equipment and service business. Ricardo most recently oversaw business in Latin America and the Caribbean for many Ingersoll Rand brands, developing the direct and indirect channels.
Ricardo joined Ingersoll Rand in 1997, after working as a trainee at ABB for one year. Since then, he has worked in many functions, such as application engineer, service engineer, sales engineer, direct and indirect sales leader, and business leader.
Ricardo received his Electrical Engineering degree in 1997 from Mackenzie University and received his International MBA master’s degree in 2010, both from São Paulo, Brazil.
